Sa (womb) Ta (birth) Na (death) Ma (rebirth)

Our ceremony this evening was a deep journey through the cycles of life. Beginning in the womb, surrounded by darkness, warmth, security we were held and supported. We transitioned to a birth, a joyous celebration of new life. Here we explored the feelings of being in our bodies for the very first time. With every birth death is inevitable. The topic of death is extremely hard to explore but the more we become close with it and realize that our soul lives on forever the easier it becomes to approach. Our rebirth was so wonderful. We exclaimed with joy feeling into our new selves and setting intentions for what we want to cultivate and grow. Through our journey we were able to leave the past behind and begin to step into a new future, one where all of our hopes, dreams, and desires can become a reality.
